Features of the Yamaha HS8I

As mentioned before, the 8-inch woofer of this HS8I monitor is able to produce a rich bottom-end. Together with a 1-inch tweeter, it can reproduce a frequency response of 38 Hz to 30 kHz (-10 dB) and 47 Hz to 24 kHz (-3 dB)! The tweeter is especially impressive, as it can reproduce frequencies so high, they aren't even audible to the human ear! Connect your audio source, like a computer with DAW software for instance, by simply using an XLR or a balanced jack cable. If you want to tweak the sound to perfection, use the switches on the rear to adjust the tonal character depending on the acoustics of the room.
